The planning and design service we provide for our clients in Reading, Bracknell and the surrounding areas includes an initial site survey in which we can ascertain exactly what space we will be working with. We’ll then go through the various loft conversions and staircase locations available to you, working together to arrive at the best options. Measurements and rough sketches will be then converted into detailed drawings for approval.
Our detailed quotations will include both building works and materials required. All costs are listed up front with no hidden extras.
